**About the HRD Manager role**
CGP Recruitment Thailand is partnering with a dynamic engineering and technology company dynamic engineering and technology company to search for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Development (HRD) Manager to join their team. The HRD Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and development of their employees and organization as a whole. Reporting directly to the COO. This individual will lead a team and drive HR strategies, talent management, learning initiatives, and employee engagement to support our company's goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the COO and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and career development to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Design, develop, and deliver employee training programs that enhance skills, competencies, and overall performance.
- Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and development opportunities for teams and individuals.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Act as a change agent by driving organizational change and effectively managing change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company's HR practices are current and compliant.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in people development or in similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and learning and development tools.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
