Key Functions
- Analysing and designing assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee and company requirements.
- Planning, managing, and analysing training needs to identify and prioritize employees’ requirements for each level.
- Taking responsibility for training & development within the organisation.
- Leading team to improve the learning management system, career paths,
training road maps, development programs and schedules, as well as
designing curriculum.
- Organizing training by working with external and internal instructors/facilitators.
- Managing succession plan, develop talents and identifying in-house and external training requirements and sources.
- Preparing and implementing the annual training budget and training plan.
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are up to date and complied with the
standard systems, being a focal point of audits (both internal and external
audit).
- Taking lead in HR communication and people activities by working together with other HR team members.
- Being internal instructor for some in-house training courses.
- Conducting various other tasks assigned by HR Director.
- Degree in Business Administration in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experiences in HRD function.
- Background in Learning & Development and HROD including Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation and problem-solving
skills.
