- Develop, maintain, and update company rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Thai law.
- Oversee the purchase and delivery of supplies and stationary for the office and retail outlets.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of all office facilities to ensure a safe and conducive working environment.
- Provide and maintain job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
- Organize and coordinate the company's annual activities, fostering employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Conduct basic training sessions on company culture and performance expectations.
- Organize and facilitate training programs on basic service, selling skills, and leadership development.
- Monitor all in-house and outsourced training sessions to meet the demands of the organization.am
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in a HR management role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Thorough understanding of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various HR functions simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Thai languages.
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: None
- ** Working Hour**: 0900 ~ 1800
