We are a visa and travel company based in London UK established in 2012. We thrive and are proud to provide a fantastic service to our clients. Tranning will be provided. Experience in visa processing is not required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and helpful customer service advisor who can work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, a UK or Irish expat living abroad. This is a remote job.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Answering client queries and questions
invoicing, chasing payments
Learning new products
Managing and updating the CRM system
Assisting with relocation services
Finding Jobs & accommodation for clients
