Job Title: Personal Care Thailand Lead

Location: Thailand

**BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- As the key driver of P&L performance, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that deliver optimal results in terms of revenue, profit, market share, and other key targets.
- You will be instrumental in translating our Personal Care SEA overall strategy into actionable plans that are tailored to the unique needs of Thailand market. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of our portfolio, channels, and customers, you will be the driving force behind our success.
- Through your strong leadership skills, you will inspire and motivate our team to achieve their full potential, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

**P&L MANAGEMENT**
- Fully owns end-to-end P&L of Personal Care Thailand
- Management of financial and business winning performance key measures

**INTEGRATED BUSINESS PLAN**
- Co-create IBP to bring BG/BU long-term strategy into action for next year.
- Conduct a rigorous local deep dive with robust, external competitive analysis covering key areas:

- Where to Play - Priority Growth Opportunities against Benefit Segments, Channels, Price Tiers, White Spaces
- How to Win - E2E Integrated Strategies & Plans based on Markets Capacity to Execute with Excellence
- Ensures cross-functional inputs such as local customer & shopper trends, consumer behaviours are appropriately reflected in IBP.
- Co-Create & Align strategically Category Strategy, Growth Plans & JTBD
- Handshake with Country Head of CBD & Lock 4QP Activity Plans to maximize quality of mixes and optimal trade, brand, media plans.

**S&OP PROCESSES**
- Lead BU-country S&OP processes cross functional team - Marketing, CSP, R&D, Supply chain, and Finance
- Unlock risks & opportunities at country level working closely with CD & SC
- Provides media & brand-building related inputs to the demand plan

CATEGORY & BRAND BUILDING
- Leads the cross functional team in development of country category building plan, a local translation of PC SEA category strategy rooted in insight from the Category & Brand Audit.
- Leads the local category multifunctional team (brand marketing, supply chain, finance) through category and brand planning process, delivery of plans and monitoring of category performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
- Rolls out and lands all global innovation OTIF in-country and drives innovation of local jewels.
- Oversees deployment of integrated brand communications per communication strategy and campaign idea, development of any local communication requirements, and all brand support budgets.
- Coaches Brand Building Managers in Brand Building skills and competencies so they can adequately develop and deliver marketing/activation plans.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 8-10+ years of experience in Marketing & Customer Development
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated business plan.
- Proven project and budget management experience
- Strong combination of mix development & execution experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to influence stakeholders
