**Customer Care Executive**
Ensure our Customers are well taken care of throughout their Zenyum journey through resolving issues, answering enquiries and providing information to cater to our customer needs.
**You are a fit for this role, if you**:
- Think creatively about engaging customers in delightful and new ways
- Have previously worked in Customer Service and Experience in a professional capacity (1-2 years) experience in the medical/dental industry is a plus
- Be a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
- Be able to work with systems and software such as CRMs, NPS, Google Suites, or Office products
- Work with our clinical partners to address their concerns with the after-sales process
- Are able to plan, execute and organize tasks effectively
- Thai Native speaker and know basic written and spoken in English
- Have attention to detail and processes
