**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territory/market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and services.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship-based approach
- Demonstrated products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through market research and prospecting
- Cold call prospects to establish contact and set up meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients
- Understand client needs and customize our solutions to meet their requirements
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to provide insights to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

REPORTING

Reports directly to the Regional sales Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge in Food science is an advantage
- Good in written and verbal communication skills
