**Freight Forwarding - Sales Executive / Sales Manager**

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager for Barsan Global Logisitics's office in Bangkok and Laemchabang, Thailand to be a part of our growing organization

As Freight forwarding Sales Executive / Sales Manager, you would be responsible for bringing sales for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Transportation, Warehousing, and Local Distribution.

- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Sales performance against target assigned
- Develop new clients and retain the existing clients
- To respond to incoming queries and ensure quick service to customers
- Prepare and attend client meetings
- To be well aware of the import-export market
- To have a good know-how of the service providers and customers

- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, especially with external customers
- Independent and possess a high drive to excel
- **Skills**_
- Having a diploma from the Logistics department or Customs certification
- 0-3 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Sales with proven track records
- Possess experience in Freight Forwarding operations with good knowledge in shipping documents and customs procedures
- Able to provide quotes to customers promptly
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Computer Proficiency and command over spoken and written English
- Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships with excellent verbal communication skills. Successfully convey information on the company's solutions to clients and prospects.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Provide customer support as needed, take ownership of customer issues, and follow through till resolution.
- Good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques. Industry knowledge and minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding. Logistics operational knowledge is a Plus.
- Having a proven record of sales success.
- Must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients.
- Talented with networking and relationship-building accessing referrals. Be an influencer for his/her customers.
- Applicants must be successful in time management and multitasking.
- Team players can work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
