**1/ Job Summary**
As the role of Education Program Advisor (Sales) required a highly motivated and customer-oriented Program. In this role, you will be responsible for performing in-house sales, promoting our products and services, and guiding prospective customers through the enrollment process. You will leverage your exceptional communication and presentation skills to showcase our offerings, address inquiries, and create a positive brand image.
**2/ Duties & Responsibilities**
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a sales representative, providing comprehensive details and illustrations about the school's promoted products and services.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Ecole Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio, its courses, and services to effectively engage with prospective customers.
- Manage online-onsite leads from the initial verification stage through raising activities and creating experiential events to enroll prospective customers into programs.
- Conduct interviews with prospective customers, arrange campus tours, facilitate informational sessions, and represent the school at exhibitions, fairs, or other recruiting and outreach events.
- Plan and execute weekly recruiting events, such as trial classes or program review sessions.
- Build and promote a positive image of Ecole Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio to convince prospective customers to enroll in courses and purchase services.
- Develop interest in the school's offerings by understanding customer preferences and tailoring your approach accordingly.
- Address prospective customers' inquiries, process transactions, and create a favorable impression as a representative of the school.
- Maintain updated lead status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis.
- Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing Manager regarding the quality of leads to facilitate communication with the Content & Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Generate and submit daily reports on lead conversions and enrollment numbers.
**3/ Job Knowledge & Skill**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Aptitude for delivering compelling and persuasive presentations.
- Fast learning ability and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
**4/ Profile& Education**
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Additional certification(s) in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in other languages, in addition to English, will be considered an asset.
- Prior experience in the education or hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ฿35,000.00 - ฿38,000.00 per month
