Essential Functions:
- Finance Business Partner to the Factory GM of Nava
- Responsible for liaising and consulting with senior operations personnel and corporate manufacturing finance on all site related business and strategic matters
- Manage, support and partner with operations personnel on budgeting and forecasting process, with the ability to articulate to executive management major fluctuation drivers
- Responsible for month-end close process including spend flux analysis, inventory, and manufacturing variance.
- Responsible for reporting and analytics and present financial results to executives on monthly basis
- Interface and partner with our corporate cost accounting team, including the design and set up of scalable systems and processes to measure and manage manufacturing performance
- Leading the development, monitoring and reporting of key operational metrics and driving processes to improve consistent productivity and efficiency improvements
- Manage manufacturing reporting requirements and ensure processes and systems are established for product ramp at factory
- Build and lead a highly capable team to meet business needs
- Assist with special projects as requested
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA/CPA preferred
- 8+ years of Finance FP&A experience, preferably in finance operations roles
- Experience in hardware, component, or equivalent multi-national company at corporate headquarter.
- Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management; detail oriented a must.
- Ability to produce high quality financial reports, analysis, for all levels including board of directors, executive management, or team members requiring more depth of information.
- Fast paced with the ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks and manage to deadlines.
- Creative, change oriented, understands cross functional business process, and can drive improvements.
- High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced level Excel skills.
- Experience with Oracle R12, Hyperion required; can work collaboratively with IT partners to define requirements and work towards project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
