We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Lead to spearhead the expansion of our advanced Customer Insights Solutions, an integral part of our innovative Voice of the Customer (VoC) platform services. As the Sales Lead, your primary goal will be to attract new customers and increase our presence in various industries by providing them with valuable data insights obtained through comprehensive analytics and Thai Text Analytics. These insights will help customers improve their services and increase their upsell revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and build a strong sales pipeline.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and propose customized VoC solutions that align with their objectives.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and product enhancements based on market feedback.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CRM-related solutions
- Track record of overachieving quota
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Persistent, positive attitude and hunger to excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
