**What we are looking for.**

We are looking for an experienced & hardworking talent for a role of **Lead/Senior - Sales & Growth** to drive new sales and grow the distribution channels of our award-winning Incredible Juice products—with an ultimate goal to bring a nutritiously delicious beverages to everyone (as many as we can) and be the brand that consumers incredibly love.

This role will be responsible for leading sales in omni-channels from direct-to-consumers (DTC) to food & beverage service and retail channels—in Thailand, Singapore and beyond. You will build the market entry strategy, drive new sales across all channels and supporting & growing existing accounts.

You will be working closely with our barista evangelist team that will help you communicate and demonstrate to our channel partners how our product can help them create better & healthier menus, which will enable them to serve their customers who are also looking for much better & healthier options (no syrup, lower sugar & calories) without compromising in taste.

**What you will do.**
- Craft our growth strategy: Execute the sales strategy which includes defining clear objectives and challenging goals to enter market & gain market share. Build short
- and long-term strategies, which are aligned with our global expansion strategy.
- Build and lead the Growth & Sales Team: You will recruit, build, and lead the Growth & Sales Team that will grow accordingly to sales & no. of accounts.
- Discover and acquire new customers: You will be responsible for new customers acqusitions and driving the execution of sales of Incredible Juice products in Thailand, Singapore & other APAC markets especially in food service and retail.
- Manage & grow existing accounts: You will be the primary contact for all accounts serving Incredible Juice and responsible for supporting and growing their business. You will implement in-store initiatives to drive increased traffic and higher in-store sales.
- Sales performance forecast & tracking: Manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and goals, and establish a plan for achieving them.
**What you need to have.**

Min. Bachelor Degree in any fields, MBA/MS is a plus**:

Min 4+ years work experience in CPG/FMCG (preferably in premium-mass food & beverage category)**:

Experience in growing a brand and pioneering sales in retail & food service channels are mandatory, experience in direct-to-consumers is a strong plus.**
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with well-rounded skills and comfortable (or passionate)to do-everything-on-your-own or working independently, even start from scratch on your own.
