Manufacturing(Food), Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials)- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for professional development.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring and administrative strategies.
- Maintain accurate records related to HR and administrative functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- At least 8 years experiences as HR & GA Manager
- Able to do the work by self
- Good skill in Excel (They don't have system)
- Good command of English (Report Australian MD)
- Commute by self
