Business Development Manager

CR3 is a leading provider of energy engineering solutions across Asia, serving world-class customers in energy production, chemical processing, power, and other asset-intensive industries. Since 1991, we have supported owners and operators of onshore and offshore facilities throughout Asia with a comprehensive portfolio of industrial maintenance, plant revamps, upgrades, and shutdown services.
We are currently seeking a **Business Development Manager **to join our team in Thailand
**Location - **Rayong, Thailand
**Job Description**:
- Work with the Sales and Estimating Function of the “Sales Contracts & Estimating Department” to drive CR3 Thailand business growth by focusing major growth initiatives with a maintenance business portfolio, including renewable energy in existing and new markets, new customers, and new solutions.
- Developing and managing strategic relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Work independently and with CR3 Sales and Operations Teams to visit customers regularly to drive major growth initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company business plans with the Commercial Manager.
- Manage and drive Long Term Growth Objectives to deliver expected revenue and profit goals for CR3 Thailand territories.
- Collaborate with existing business partners and establish agreements with new partners, where necessary, to increase the volume and size of projects and facilitate the achievement of sales targets.
- Provide guidance and leadership in preparing and submitting quality, winning estimates and proposals.
- Take charge and ownership in preparing and submitting Major and Critical pre-qualification and tender proposals.
- Developing and maintaining local marketing materials, including case studies and reference project summaries.
- Update and maintain the internal CRM system to effectively monitor CR3 management.
- Follow policy and procedure regarding QMS, EMS and OHSMS.
- Responsible for the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
- Male/ Female, 35 years old and up - If Male, Military exempted.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least ten years experience in Business development within a service contracting environment in Petrochemical, Refining or Power plant generation markets.
- Strong knowledge of the Petrochemical and refining maintenance market is preferred.
- Highly motivated and energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, with knowledge of the Thai language considered an advantage.
- Microsoft Word and Excel (Knowledge of computers, e.g., Word and Excel). Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
