- Department: Sales, Business Development & Strategy- Location: Thailand- Lead the strategic partnership team and act as the business owner to achieve quarterly business goals by generating a pipeline growth.
- Identify Lazada's underlying business needs and requirements and develop business case analyses to address them, with a focus on innovative partnerships to expand LazPay's payment ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to evaluate high-potential partners and partnership models, including exploring new forms of partnerships.
- Acquire new partners, build a qualified pipeline, and strategically manage opportunities from initial contact to agreement closure.
- Utilize a systematic approach to establish strong relationships with strategic partners, gaining a deep understanding of their business model, organizational structure, go-to-market strategies, key customers, and platform/solution capabilities to identify expansion opportunities and achieve measurable results.
- Perform data analysis to support strategic planning discussions, document business requirements, and align internal product development, marketing strategies, and other resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product, Legal, and other internal departments, to successfully launch and manage partnership activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Master's degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in payments or digital banking.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in additional languages besides English and Thai.
- Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies.
- Knowledge of competitive landscapes and industry trends in fintech and digital payments.
- Certifications or specialized training in finance, business, or related fields.
