As our Assistant Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding Ninja Van's business in B2B Domestic Express, tasked with acquiring and retaining new corporate clients, ensuring the achievement of acquisition and revenue targets.
**What you will do**:
- Define and strategize the B2B domestic Express services market, understanding dynamics and competitors
- Identify customer needs and business requirements to tailor services, ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage customer expectations, compliance requirements, and collaborate on overall business strategy
- Drive financial targets, achieve sales goals, and monitor B2B business performance for revenue generation
**What you will need**:
- At least 5 years of proven track record in business development, corporate sales or category sales
- Proven track record in negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills that enable self to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Good command of both listening, writing and speaking English
