Key Account Executive

1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for endocrine and cardiovascular products within hospitals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, pharmacy directors, and key opinion leaders.
3. Identify opportunities for product adoption and formulary inclusion within target hospitals through effective product presentations and value propositions.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
5. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare policies/regulations to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
7. Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and commercial strategies.
8. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network..
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a focus on the hospital channel and specialty therapeutics (endocrine and cardiovascular).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a highly competitive market environment.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, formulary management, and reimbursement dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of the healthcare system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed..
