Key Account Executive

The company is now looking for a **Key Account Executive **to work in Operations Department, and supporting other departments
As **Key Account Executive **you will be responsible for managing relationship with existing clients to sustain long term business, specifically focusing on customer retention.
**What will you do**:
- Manage the launch of all new screenings.
- Present training of client representatives.
- Deliver strong relationships with existing customers.
- Encourage long-term business links ensuring that client needs are fully satisfied.
- Handle all inquiries and feedback.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Assist the field team with reporting activities.
**Who we need**:
- Native Thai and fluent in English, spoken & written is a must
- Minimum bachelor degree or higher in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a Customer Service Officer, Account Manager or Secretary
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Well organized with strong administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Mastering other languages will be an advantage
