**Purpose of role**:
Key Account Executive (KAE) responsible to manage and nurture relationships with an important customer, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
**Responsibilities include**:
**Sales & Negotiation**
- Engage and influence all key stakeholders via mutually acceptable agreements, before, during and after sale
- Able to handle assigned key account customers
- Execute strategies activities with responded account to ensure effectiveness of execution to meet sale growth and profitable target.
- Demonstrates the ability to flex style based on buyer preferences to increase sales effectiveness
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Keep records of sales and data
**Profitable Revenue Management**
- Deliver Profitable value sales growth and optimise customer margin, through improved return on trade investment and active mix management
- Meets internal reporting timelines & requirements
- Drive success, including: Margins, discount levels, basic P&L
**Relationship Building & Management**
- Build customer satisfaction, trust and mutual profitable growth, through agreed business plans
- Deep understanding of the customer’s needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Deal with complaints from customers.
- Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers, potential customers and in stores as well
- Regularly visit assigned key customers
- In overall to strengthen business relationship with assigned key customers through contact strategy
**Excellence in Execution**
- Ensures execution of activity in stores
- Use basic shopper & consumer insight in dialogue with customers
- Monitors rotation of stock across portfolio to ensure quality & freshness in store
**Teamwork and contribution**
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and present ideas for process and system improvements
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor’s in business, marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as Key account executive or similar role
- Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English.
- Great presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good knowledge about MS Office
- Ecommerce mindset
- Naturopathic Expertise
- Deep understanding of the vitamin and supplement market, including regulatory requirements, product trends, and consumer preferences.
- Having experience as a Key Account Executive in the convenience store or modern trade sectors is beneficial.
