- The KA Sale Manager is overall responsible of sales development of Mid to Large End User in mainly Metal segments. The target industries are Stainless Steel fabrication, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Tap & Fittings, Automotive, Railway and Medical.- His/Her main role is to acquire & develop new End User customers with average annual sales of not less than Euro 100K per account. Smaller End Users shall be passed to channel team.- The product program shall be finished products of coated abrasives, cutting/grinding wheels, and tools.- Main KPIs are as follows:
- Main task is to acquire new Abrasive Belts business for End User Customers in Stainless Steel & Metalworking
- Develop new End User customers for Cut/Grind/Flap wheels in Oil & Gas, Railway, Marine, Fabrication yards
- Responsible for sales forecasting, products planning, collection
- Monitoring of market competition and make quarterly market report, weekly sales report, preplan visit.
- Maintain selling price structure, profit for Klingspor
- Report to: Managing Director (Base in Singapore)- Role: Individual Contributor and supervisor for 1 sales staff- Location: Home Base at Rayong/Choburi- คุณสมบัติ
- Male or Female are welcome
- Bachelor/Master degree in industrial Engineering/Business Administration or related field
- Minimal 5 years DIRECT sales experience in industrial sales products or abrasive Market
- Sales Personnel of Abrasive Belts to End Users shall be highly advantageous
- Good analytical skills and able to identify business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Possess own vehicle and driver license
- Able to work up-country (some time)
