Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues, employee concerns and/or grievances.
Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
Proactively deal with service providers, suppliers and contractors for office and equipment maintenance.
Manage and allocate funds for office operations and staff engagement.
Ensure workplace health & safety to prevent health hazard.
Organize company events, conferences and business trip bookings.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Drive the end-to-end TA strategy (sourcing, attraction, selection and offer) to hire diverse, world class talents.

**What you'll need**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Administration, Human Resources.
At least 5 years' experience in an HR generalist and office management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detailed oriented and has strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and create strong partnerships across the organization.
Well versed in Thailand labour law and remain consistently updated on regulatory changes.
Proficient in both Business level English and Thai.
