Delivers HR support to the business and ensures HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals with talent management, performance management, recruitment, learning, reward, and communication.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables

70% HR Partner for Thailand Business Unit:
- Directly working with Beauty & Wellbeing Thailand business partners delivering HR support and implementing HR policies- Day-to-day HR Partnering operations (employee communication, people movement, talent management, culture building, team activities)- Co-creates talent strategy and talent mapping- Eyes and ears on ground for people concerns- Works at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs- Drives engagement and Wellbeing initiatives for function and teams- Understands the broader market context and what’s happening in the organization and uses these insights to improve business performance- Uses insight for HR interventions and people solutions- Assesses the talent needs of the organization to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions- Works closely and collaboratively with other HRBPs, Employee Experience, and HR Expertise teams

30% Beauty & Wellbeing SEA Regional Capabilities:
- Works with the SEA B&W Learning Lead on priority capability initiatives for total region (Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore)- Implements and conducts trainings and workshops for both functional and behavioral skills- Operationalizes Leadership upskilling programs

**Qualifications**:
- 3 years HR Business Partnering Experience (ideally in a commercial or marketing facing role)- Fluent in English and Thai- Strong communication and presentation skills- Comfortable with facilitating workshops and team events- Relevant experience in HR Systems and Processes (Workday, Microsoft Applications)- Can manage higher leaders, stakeholders, and peers- End-to-end project management, operations, and execution- Attention to detail- Can work in a fast-paced multi-national environment
