**รายละเอียดงาน และ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**

HRBP is to play a key role in supporting the Business Unit team in human resources management functions including: recruitment, people and organization performance, training and development - and to lead change management activities. Customer service and solutions oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Unit Head & management to understand business strategy and short/long term goals. Also act as key person in any HR related issues
- Provide people-related strategy and practices to align with business direction
- Analyze workforce information and productivity measures and work with local business leaders to develop strategies and plans to ensure that the workforce supports current and future performance targets.
- Implement HR policies & procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs.
- Provide feedback and analysis to improve the compensation & benefits program to attract & retain staff.
- Performance Management - to work with functional leaders to ensure that performance reviews are done in a timely manner. Works to ensure that career and training opportunities are being identified.
- Involve in the job evaluation to ensure equity in the business units.
- Advise and coach line managers in managing nonperformance, staff disciplinary issues and complex employee relations issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field of study.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources preferably in HR recruitment experience with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
