**Responsibilities**

**A. HRBP & Recruitment**
- Identify hiring needs both long term and short term for Thailand
- Plan & execute recruitment process, metrics, and track recruitment KPIs
- Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
- Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives

**B. Human Resources Services**
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
- Design employee's compensation and benefits packages
- Ensure legal compliance in admin functions such as; work permit registrations and visa renewals for all countries within the region
- Establish and maintain personnel files, ensuring all emergency data forms are filled and safely filled
- Support employee on day-to-day issues

**Qualifications**
- Expert knowledge of Thailand local labor regulations
- Experience managing recruitment for all employee level
- 4+ years of previous experience in a human resources role preferably from start up company
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role
- Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to communicate well within and across diverse groups and perspectives.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to balance multiple complex tasks/issues at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language and english
- Independent and self starter
