**Overview** **_ Role: _** - This role will spend 50% time in managing Employee Relations (ER) responsibilities for entire Thailand Foods business & 50% time in managing HRBP responsibilities for entire THF Agro Team. - Ensuring disruption free operations through proactive Employee Relations actions for harmonious industrial relations, statutory compliances, proactive employee relations and engagements. - Partner with THF HR Head, Agro Head and Agro teams in THF to plan and execute strategic HR initiatives that ensure the development, implementation and sustainment of HR best practices to attract, develop and retain talent and which enable the Agro function to achieve their short and long-term goals. **Responsibilities** **_ Accountabilities:_** Design ER strategy for THF - Preparation of the THF ER strategy with THF HR Head, Supply Chain Head, Plant HR mangers and Legal team, owning and implementing it successfully to ensure disruption free plant operations throughout the year and no stoppage of production owing to IR issues. - Recommending action plans and being the prime mover for taking strategic decisions on the ER front for the two plants. - Assist in the development, implementation and administration of human resource employments policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all statutory laws in collaboration with local & global HR/ER/Legal teams - Conceive innovative methods of employee engagement to support talent retention. Ensuring Reduction of plant attrition at all levels (outsource, daily, PI employees, etc.) by working with Plant HRBPs. - Lead all Labor related audits in Plants and THF (eg. Corporate Audits, Labor compliance audits, Human Rights assessments, etc.) in collaboration with various stakeholders - Liaison with government officials and local authorities to ensure cordial relations both internally and externally - Proactively getting to know shop floor employee ‘pulse’ and resolution of IR related issues proactively - Monitoring and ensuring the deployment of outsource/daily labor in the plant as per standard deployment. - Taking care of employees welfare as Labour Welfare Officer and managing general administration activities & driving ER Tools initiatives - Implement all disciplinary actions (show-cause notice, etc.) in factories, warehouses, etc. in collaboration with Plant HR managers. **Ensuring no non-compliance with all applicable statutory laws: -** - Ensuring no non-compliance with all applicable statutory laws, and driving plant labour productivity agenda. - Set up of monthly labor compliance audits in 2 plants, warehouses, etc. & lead the full adherence to labor regulations - Drive the change management project to transition from 12 hours working to 8 hours working across all factories, warehouses, cold stores. - Ensure all sites (factories, etc) have 100% compliance to local, national & global rules on Over Time hours (eg.
