Human Resource and General Administrative Manager

- ** Job Description**: Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development including recruitment
policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, compensation & benefits and conditions, contracts,
development, morale and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal to
maintain effective personnel practices and conform to organizational policies, procedures and labor
laws.
Recruitment and hiring: Plan, define and perform the recruitment strategy, interview and hire in an
effective and efficient manner and/or coordination with recruitment agencies in compliance with laws
and internal rules, employee offer and contract management, administer integration program for new
employees.
Compensation & benefits: Ensure all legal compliance, conduct and participate in salary declaration
conduct and monitor benefit programs.
Manage human resources from payroll, onboarding to offboarding, including learning & development,
career guidance and staff welfare.
Build company culture, including all HR policies, company activities, and people development. Also
Ensure HR services, policies and processes are aligned according to business needs
Driving the skill development by using skill matrix to set training plan and monitor employee
performance measurement system, set up training plans, organize internal and external training.
Interface with the company business and external training provider for the implementation of
corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate.
KPI and Budget planning in HR & GA function by Plan, implement and monitor annual HR action plan
against long term HR strategic plan including all operational plans, e.g., employee benefits & activities,
recruitment, development budget planning and manpower planning in order to ensure that annual HR
results are in consistence with regional objectives and goals.
Legal & outside communication: liaise and manage all affairs with the labor office and be responsible
for employee engagement strategy.
Employee relation: Conduct and monitor in effectively handling employee relations, foster a conducive
working environment through employee relations activities and communication including company
activities e.g. New Year party, staff meeting, etc.
Effectively handling all employee-related issues to attract, select, develop and retain talents in order to
ensure all functions have high-performing associates and vacancies/new positions are filled in a timely,
cost-effective manner.
Other assignments as discussed with direct manager.

External contacts: All Thailand’s legal structure such as Social Security, Thailand immigration and etc
Knowledge
Education / diplomas:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or the related field
Professional background:
- Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO14001
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning & development,
employee relation
Languages:
Thai : Fluent English is a prerequisite
Tools & software:
MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (high level) and strong analytical skills to be able to create visually and
verbally engaging reports.
Soft skills:
- Strong soft skills, such as interpersonal skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, conflict
management, etc.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resource networks and organizations and ongoing
community involvement
- Ongoing affiliation with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective
HRM
