**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the business development team for building a successful partner program that will drives sales growth across various Business Model and X-Sell opportunities.
- Explore and identify new business opportunities
- Develop joint business plans with partners; accountable for hitting key growth metrics
- Closely engage with key internal and external stakeholders to create new business structures and growth opportunities
- Build, manage and maintain relationships with potential partners, influencers and key stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate performance, drive APE, # of Customers and VNB to achieve Polaris and Bolttech target, and make corrective adjustments
- Coach and supervise team member for the best practices that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in MBA or other business-related graduate degree
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, project management, and decision-making, Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business,
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads, Strong strategic and creative thinking, project management, and decision making skill.
- Possess excellent commercial understanding, a good networker and be results-driven, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Lead capable of guiding cross-departmental teams and building team.
