Technical Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Report to the Business Line Manager and contribute to the development of the team's strategy plan and sales action plan, while providing clear direction to the sales team members.
- Lead sales and market segment activities to unlock the business area's potential, achieve business area targets, and effectively implement the sales and marketing strategy.
- Monitor market trends and major competitors, assess market share, and identify business opportunities for the company's products, providing valuable feedback for product improvements.
- Develop and execute plans to ensure divisional targets are met, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force, ensuring a high professional standard is maintained, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Support the sales team in understanding evolving customer needs, assess the quality of the company's relationships with key account customers, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and assess market opportunities for growth, collaborating across divisions to expand the share of the addressable market.
- Work closely with Divisional teams to create plans and go-to-market strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a key account strategy, partnering with other divisional managers to achieve incremental growth through value propositions and workflow selling solutions.
- Foster strategic partnerships, contribute to compelling proposals, and explore new key customers and product incubation opportunities.
- Execute initiatives within high-potential vertical markets and develop messaging tools that effectively communicate value and brand to customers across various channels.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all business development activities, consistently executing on planned targets to achieve incremental revenue delivery beyond annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering or a related field such as chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science, or biotechnology (excluding computer, mathematics, and statistics).
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of Analytical laboratory products,
distribution partnership management, or other customer-facing commercial roles. - Experience in dealing with government and private customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and
project-related engagements. - In-depth understanding of the Scientific instrumentation products market in Thailand. - Must possess a vehicle and a valid driving license. - Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) would be advantageous.
