Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for development of CCTV/Access distribution channels and achieve annual sales target and

payment collection.

  1. Coordinate with the technical support department to complete channel customer training and daily

pre-sales/after-sales support.

  1. Assist channel customers to grow their business, include but not limited to market activities, training

sessions and joint-visit.

  1. Manage channel customers' KPI and assist department heads in designing incentive and exit rules.

  2. Collect and analyze industry and competitors' information, and continuously improve channel

development strategies.

Qualifications :

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security industry (CCTV & Access control) or other relevant

low-voltage building solution sector like Fire Alarm, Internet or Telephone system

  1. Strong understanding of distribution partner development and channel management

  2. Ability to set-up and achieve sales targets through leveraging the channel partner
