Sales Manager

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for development of CCTV/Access distribution channels and achieve annual sales target and
payment collection.
- Coordinate with the technical support department to complete channel customer training and daily
pre-sales/after-sales support.
- Assist channel customers to grow their business, include but not limited to market activities, training
sessions and joint-visit.
Manage channel customers' KPI and assist department heads in designing incentive and exit rules.
Collect and analyze industry and competitors' information, and continuously improve channel
development strategies.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security industry (CCTV & Access control) or other relevant
low-voltage building solution sector like Fire Alarm, Internet or Telephone system
Strong understanding of distribution partner development and channel management
Ability to set-up and achieve sales targets through leveraging the channel partner
