About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistance to join our team at Linear Actuator Co., Ltd. in our office in Bang Na, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing customer inquiries
  • Assist with the coordination of sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with customers
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates, and other resources
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and building strong relationships
  • Gather and analyse sales data to support the team's decision-making and strategy

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
