Working hours: 6 days work-week, the working hours are shift-based, 8 hours per day, following the mall's operating hours.

Location: Bangna

  • Lead the sales team and assuring they achieve set sales targets as agreed.
  • Manage the branch results: Sales targets, Service and didactic levels of quality.
  • Motivate and coach sales staff to provide excellent results and service.
  • Ensure the implementation of effective meeting and information sharing structures
  • Work with HR to support retention and excellent results are put in place.
  • Responsible for overall look and feel of the branch
  • Create and provide timely and accurate reports that track and monitor all branch KPIs.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years experience in sales management in service retail business.
  • Strong people management skills and having ability to coach, inspire and motivate others
  • Strong in working with targets and benchmarking success
  • Inclusive, can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
