Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
Focus on Inside sales lead generation and customer interaction (Pricing, Quotation, Customer registration, Invoice, Tax Invoice and Support after sales).
Demonstrate success in driving sales and achieving targets, with experience in managing both existing accounts and generating new leads.
Focus on order operation with Warehouse team.
Focus on finance related operations and administrative support.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Focus on providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Performed ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint).
Expertise in the B2B sales process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
Have a positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good team player to support on-going process change and management reporting.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and warehouse operations, to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Good command in English.
