Growth Marketing Manager

**About Us**:
We are on a mission to unlock the full potential of retailers, suppliers and distributors operating in traditional B2B channels by empowering them with our eB2B solutions that enables and enhances the key operators and stakeholders of these channels.
We have made it our objective to bridge the gap between brands and underserved businesses, and empower these traditional retailers to stay competitive in a market where they are losing relevance against modern trade stores.
Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager with expertise in B2B marketing, data-driven strategies, and exceptional communication skills to drive our company's growth initiatives.

**Responsibilities Growth Strategy**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for Quqo, with a focus on expanding our B2B market presence.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market analysis and competitor research.
**B2B Marketing**:
- Plan and implement B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
Paid Campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and attract qualified leads.
- Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
- Ensure alignment with overall growth objectives and brand messaging.
**Communication Crafting**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent and impactful brand message.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, BI and Product teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
**Data Analysis**:
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness.
**Hands-on Execution**:
- Actively participate in the execution of growth initiatives, demonstrating a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
**About You**:
- Proven experience in growth management with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Demonstrable success in planning and managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, and deep regional exposure and expertise in Southeast Asia will be considered a bonus.
