**Who You Are**
- You will serve as the lead marketing executive where you manage all marketing efforts, including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our mission and goals.

You get excited with challenges as you are a strategic thinker & creative problem solver and you roll up your sleeves to get necessary data to drive your ideas. You are a team player, you know when to ask for help and when to lend it too.

**Responsibilities**- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations-
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output-
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms-
- Understand consumers and work with product team in delivering growth and marketing strategy- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive user acquisition

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Branding/Digital Marketing-
- 7+ years in overall marketing as a function-
- 3+ years' in digital marketing or relevant-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- English is a must
