**THE POSITION: Head of Regional Marketing**

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Regional Marketing to lead our multi-location marketing endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting regional strategic marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and acquiring customers in each cluster.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Budget Management and Revenue Ownership: Responsible for managing local marketing budget,ensuring cost
- effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the local marketing team across different countries to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive business growth
- Oversee local Marketing execution: Oversee and help assist the local marketing on implementation of local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and events. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity
- Regional Partnership Management: Take ownership of forming and managing regional strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including restaurants, hospitality partners, and other relevant organizations
- Campaign Management Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics and market trends

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- 7+ years of experience working in a startup, management consulting, or top FMCG companies
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Ability to lead the team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
- Proficiency in the English language is required
