As the Head of Content Marketing for PropertyScout, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives user engagement, and generates leads. You will play a critical role in positioning the company as a thought leader and trusted resource in the real estate industry.

**Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the executive team to define the content marketing strategy, goals, and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives. Understand the target audience and market trends to develop a compelling and relevant content calendar.

**Content Creation**: Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content across relevant formats, including blog posts, guest articles, videos, infographics, case studies, whitepapers and social media content. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, accuracy and visual identity.

**SEO and Keyword Strategy**: Develop an SEO-driven content strategy to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for relevant keywords, ensuring maximum visibility in search engine results.

**Thought Leadership**: Position the company as a trusted industry authority by creating thought-provoking and insightful content. Identify opportunities for guest blogging, speaking engagements, and collaborations to enhance brand reputation and thought leadership.

**User Persona Development**: Conduct research and analysis to identify and understand the target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points. Develop user personas to tailor content to specific segments, driving personalized user experiences.

**Analytics and Performance Tracking**: Utilize web analytics tools and content management systems to track and analyze content performance. Monitor key metrics such as engagement rates and goal conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

**Content Calendar and Workflow**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across platforms. Establish an efficient workflow, including content ideation, creation, editing, publishing and reporting while adhering to deadlines.

**Compliance and Ethics**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to content creation, copyright, data privacy, and advertising practices.
Qualifications.
Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, related fields or relevant work experience.
At least 3 years proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong writing and editing skills in both Thai and English language with the ability to create engaging, well-researched, and error-free content.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align content initiatives with business goals.
Analytical skills to track, measure, and report on content performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
