About The Job

Responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth through formulating and executing a sales strategy for Food & Water ('F&W') Service Division in accordance with the assigned targets and SEA divisional strategy and leading a high performing divisional team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.

Key tasks:

- Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets
- Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars etc
- Derive information from the marketing plan on customer segmentation, prices, products and promotion both from offline and online channels, and reflect this in strategy and plans
- Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance
- Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team
- Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process, with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process
- Develop the sales team on the lead nurturing process and the uses of online channel leads supported by IB & CRM to assess customers buying and interaction behaviour
- Define way to markets by driving initiatives of establishing channels, strengthen end user presence and customer relationship
- Leading change management to adapt to new market demands

What you know?
- Bachelor/master’s degree from recognised university, engineering/sales related field
- Has experience in developing impactful strategies in accordance with the business vision, strong data analysis with good regional market knowledge and networking to execute business plan
- Has worked in company with international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties and active in digital channels/social media
- Strong in distance leadership and leading a high performing divisional team
