Head of sales B&W ROA

Responsible for delivering the ROA B&W sales & margin, brand and organizational structure objectives as aligned with APAC management team.

Responsible for the assigned countries’ sales strategies and performance for all V&B products

Continuous development of a rolling 5-years-strategy for B&W for the region and by country.

Setting, communicating and tracking of clear targets vs. set objectives / KPIs in order to meet mid-term sales and profitability targets

Input on the Marketing-, Supply Chain
- and Assortment strategy B&W for the region

Responsible for working and aligning on Pricing and conditions with Marketing, Controlling and MD APAC

Strategic and operative assistance and development of Key Accounts in the region. Development of new territories, new partnerships with distributors.

Capturing profitable and sustainable market shares with V&B brand, long term market penetration in southeast Asia markets (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and others)
