Export Sales Manager

Our client is a well-known business that is a leading player in art material products.
**Responsibilities**
- ** Sales Strategy Development**: Developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Middle East & Africa region.
- **Market Analysis**:Conducting market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilizing insights to develop targeted sales plans and tactics.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the region. Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Setting and achieving sales targets and objectives for the Middle East & Africa region. Monitoring sales performance taking corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- **New Business Development**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including new distribution channels, partnerships, and market segments. Developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- **Product Promotion**:Planning and executing product promotion activities, including product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and workshops. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:Leading, mentored, and motivated a team of sales professionals in the region. Providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance sales skills and performance.
- **Forecasting and Planning**: Forecasting sales volumes, revenue, and expenses for the Middle East & Africa region. Developing annual sales budgets and business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Preparing regular sales reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management. Providing insights and recommendations based on sales data to optimize performance and drive business growth.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East & Africa market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Middle East & Africa region as needed.
