DESIGNATION : Regional Food Quality & Labolatory Manager - (South East Asia)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal/External Audits
- Coordinate the internal and external audit programs.
- Function as the authorised representative of the Singapore laboratory for SAC accreditation matters.
- Ensuring compliance with management system and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025, SFA LRP etc.)
- Implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems.
- Manage the Quality Systems Team.
- Notification of significant QMS changes to the relevant regulatory bodies as specified by regulatory requirements.
- Monitor releases from regulatory bodies for changes that affect the laboratory activities.
- Communication of relevant changes to the QMS and Regulatory Requirements to staff.
- Responsible for the review and update of Quality Manuals and Procedures.
- Review and give final approval to all QMS documentation.
- Ensure that all QMS documentation is available to staff as required.
- Quality Training: Arranging and carrying out Quality Training as necessary.
- Oversight, management and closure of laboratory non-conformances (including customer complaints/appeals).
- Monitoring of the proficiency participation programs.
- Liaise with Laboratory Managers and providers to confirm scope of participation and frequencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master or Ph.D. in Food Science or Food Technology, or related food
- 10 years up in Food Quality Management Systems and Laboratory Food or Food Ingredient.
- Excellent in English report to Head Quarter in Singapore
- Background international company or working with multination.
- Strong skill in Labboratory food.
- Manage two countries in Thailand and Vietnam.
- Able to travel to Vietnam.
- Managing the quality and regulatory compliance systems.

Scope of Laboratory locations across the BVAQ South East Asia network.

Working location at Thailand Science park at Pathumthani.
