Assistant Manager, Mx B2B Vertical Sales

Position Summary
1. Maximize orders by carrying out proposals and negotiations through vertical market sensing.
2. Create added values by proposing products and solutions that meet the customer needs.
3. Build long-term strategic relations through continuous development of cooperative business models with customers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify, Develops and expands MX B2B portfolio through SI/Reseller by verticals
- Follow up/update business opportunities with SI/Reseller
- Create new opportunities with potential SI/Reseller on each vertical
- Work closely with distributor sales team to achieve target
- Saturate & Drive partner program with channel marketeer through SI/Reseller
- Provide feedback on market intelligence e.g. customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services and make sales pipeline on due date
- Solve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Handle all the operation process inside the company end - to - end process.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT sales preferably in System integration and mobile device
- Very good in English.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, BA or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated for sales.
- Creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet and exceed targets.
- previous solid tech knowledge in mobile device or IT business is a must
