2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at various levels within the client organizations to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
3、Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and marketing to align on product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.
5、Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and address potential issues.
6、Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring competitive pricing, terms, and conditions that align with company objectives.
7、Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing customer needs.
**Job Requirements**
- 1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 1-2 years+ of experience in key account management, preferably in the FCMG sector.
3、Strong understanding of the mass segment and FCMG market dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
5、Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
6、Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
