Key Account Management - FMCG Mass Account
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of 45 local SMEs sellers across different industries such as Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, and Lifestyle.
- Drive sales growth and advertising revenue growth in accordance with company objectives.
- Capable in assortment planning & merchandising, adept at optimizing stock and negotiating pricing to drive sales growth.
- Execute tailored strategies, including barter programs and seller investment initiatives, to maximize growth opportunities.
- Proficient in performing in-depth analysis to drive innovative improvements in commercial excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify market trends.
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Experience in industries related to e-commerce or sales, and direct client-facing roles are highly advantageous.
- Possess a proactive "can-do" attitude, self-motivation, and a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
