Sales & Logistics Executive

**Key responsibilities**:
**Sales and Marketing Responsibilities**
- Market and sell animal pharmaceutical and feed products, focusing on the equine industry.
- Identify and cultivate new potential customers to diversify the sales portfolio.
- Provide accurate product knowledge to help customers increase profits and ease their tasks.
- Prepare presentations and price quotes for customers.
- Firm grasp of costing/margins and sound negotiation skills with suppliers and customers
- Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain positive cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Assist with sales-related tasks, including collecting and signing delivery orders and issuing temporary receipts for proper documentation.
- Must be able to achieve forecasted sales goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for ongoing business.
- Source suppliers for feed, additives, and equestrian-related items and handle necessary regulatory processes.
**Inbound & Outbound Logistics Arrangement**
- Coordinate with customers for orders scheduling and to prepare all related documents for import-export shipment.
- Coordinate with all business partners such as suppliers, carrier, freight forwarder, shipping & customs team, and local transport provider to proceed with booking, documentation, truck arrangement, customs clearance, etc.
- Follow up with customers, and monitor the movement of inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and respond to status inquiries from internal departments.
- Review bills and invoices from logistics suppliers and carriers for Finance processing.
**Key requirements**:
- Good sales experience for at least a minimum of 5 years.
- Knowledge of Customs regulations and experience with Import/Export operations
- Logistics experience servicing throughout Thailand
- Experience in animal food or pharmaceuticals market is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Thai nationality
Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿55,000.00 per month
