**About the role**:
For Thailand/Myanmar, we are hiring an After-Sales Manager to support our existing customers. Coesia is a group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Bologna, Italy. Coesia’s companies are leaders in automation solutions for multiple industries, ranging from automated processing and packaging machinery, testing and vision systems, to digital printing technologies, factory flow solutions and precision gears.

The role reports to the CMS Sales Manager (Consumer Markets Solution Division) in Singapore. Frequent interaction with some product companies will part of the weekly activities. The position is based in Bangkok but due to frequent travels, this can be flexible.

You will be the CMS After-Sales Manager for Coesia products in Thailand/Myanmar. Responsible for supervising all post-marketing, budgeting, customer follow-up, and general business plans to make sure customers are satisfied and that sales improve.

Main tasks:

- Build and establish good work relationships with existing customers to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
- Responsible to meet business targets. Set goals and produce monthly forecasting reports and work towards achieving those targets and budgets
- Oversee all post-sales services provided to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work in close connection with other Sales Managers to establish strategies and action plans to achieve sales results
- Promote and market offers to create awareness (eg. Upgrades, modernization, etc)
- Manage local partners together with the product companies to achieve the business target
- Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities & other Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Prompt reporting of activitiesin CRM and other weekly/monthly reports
- Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems

**What you need to be successful**:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical would be preferred) or equivalent After-sales experience in relevant market
- + 5 years of experience in an Engineering Sales position. (Experience in packaging industry will be a strong plus)
- Fluent in English with ability to travel extensively
