1. Business Development Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
