**Job Description**:
As National Business Development Manager, you will;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Generate sales leads / Liaise with Toll Network to develop overseas business(Network Business/Nominations). Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Generate sales leads / Liaise with Toll Network to develop overseas business (Network Business/Nominations)
- 8-10 year’s experience.
- Experienced in Freight Forwarding/Shipping/Business Development and Knowledge of Export/Import processes.
- Maintaining good PR with Internal / External Customers & business partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Dept. Annual Budget, Development of staff, staff wellbeing, Retention & Development of Customer base. Drive margin, Value Add Svc, Customer satisfaction, Sales KPI’s.
