We are currently looking for experienced** Regional Sales Manager - General Trade **to lead distributor & distributor’s Sales Team to achieve sales objective in the assigned area in accordance with Marketing Plans & Business Plans through timely executions.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily sales support and planning activities within the assigned Key Dealer.
- Manage Day to Day activities of sales force to implement organization overall sales strategy for distributors.
- Monitor Business to adhere company sales strategy & guidelines.
- Coach Distributor salesman on technical aspects of company products and services, marketing campaign, sales promotion, sales techniques, procedures to achieve sales target.
- To lead, guide, influence and motivate sales team to achieve company objectives with professional working attitude and strong sense for achievement.
- Monitor sales team performance, lead and direct the sales team in all aspects of sales and distribution activities.
- Evaluate distributor’s salesman on personal performance and contribution based on facts & observable data.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone with**:

- Diploma/Degree holder with 3 - 4 years’ experience in FMCG
- Good command skills in local language, English
- Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer oriented, presentation, result driven
- Experience in field sales in General Trade, leading a team of distributor salesman
- Experience in region & willingness to travel will be an added advantage
