- ** Job Description**:

- 1. New elevator sales
- Execute company’s sales strategy and implement operational sales

policy.
- Manager and supervise the daily operation of sales staff.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with customers, particularly with

key accounts.
- Supervisor and help sales staff to meet and exceed set team sales quotas

while adhering to TK Elevator´s sales rules for engagement.
- Verify each sales contract in terms of the gross margin, total value,

payment term.
- Review sales reports and analyse key indicators monthly and take

effective measures to achieve established targets.
- Control and monitor the collection status and ensure the timely collection from customers
- Maintain good relationship government functional department, media in name of TK Elevator, handle with PR crisis.
- Execute company’s sales incentive plan.
- Maintain the good Image of the company.

2. Daily Management
- Ensure safety in the operation that meets Corporate and country's

applicable safety legal and other requirements.
- Ensure the thorough implementation of safety management system

within his/her area of responsibility regarding the fulfilment of his/her
responsibilities as stated in the safety manual as well as the compliance all necessary safety policies, procedures and working inspection.
- Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.

3. Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
- Optimize department structure, assist HR department to implement staff adjustment.
- Assist HR department to train sales staff, stimulate and review sales staff.
- Annually appraise all sales staff and recommend review of salary package
- Comply with Branch GM and TKEC HQ requirement for budgeting, reporting and strategic planning.
- Participate in financial and operations performance reviews when required
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Major in Engineering is preferable
- Minimum three years’ experience in management position of sales department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Fluent in English is preferable
- **English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 8.30 ~ 17.30
- ** Holiday**: Weekend
