Department Assistant

PRTR is working with a packaging company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for at least one function.
- Filing and maintaining database; (e.g. for assistant supporting F&BT, Sales Management, Processing).
- Managing the travel arrangement for employees e.g. air ticket, hotel booking, car.
- Preparing travel/expense reports for directors.
- Creating PR for the department.
- Handling the printing of business letters, and contracts and ensuring proper filing.
- Setting up meeting rooms, documents, and other required support.
- Being a member of the secretary team, supporting the Senior Assistant to coordinate big customer events, coordinate large internal meetings and seminars, plan and manage special occasion events for staff.
- Assisting in the coordination of international and internal accommodation and travel plans.
- Handling the SOS cards for new starters who will travel/ and replacement of lost cards.
- Being a backup for Reception, if required.
- Taking care of mobile and relocation employees within the department.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience as Field Coordinator, Reception, Customer Service, or related.
- Being able to cooperate with other departments on all facilities issues.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions.
